The production process of silicone tube extruders can mainly be divided into three parts. Here are the main steps in producing the silicone tube.

●Rubber mixing: The raw material is mixed with the double-two-four or platinum vulcanizing agent or silica gel masterbatch in the double-stick rubber mixing machine. Then, the mixture would be compressed into layers of even silicone.

●Extrusion: Before extrusion, the mixture needs to be cut into shapes of the same size and length. After that place the mixture into the silicone pipe extruders to extrude the formed and soft silicone tube. The silicone tube is conveyed into the long drying tunnel and vulcanized at a high temperature. And the vulcanized silicone tube is called semi-finish, which would be winded and put into the oven. Baking the winded silicone tube is to make secondary vulcanization to remove the odor on the silica gel hose, and prevent yellowing.

●Processing: The rest is to cut or glued the finishing product to the needed length. And, the pipe extruders manufacturers must check the finish products to prevent the occurrence of such phenomena as raw rubber and bulging.
